Delivery
We deliver Australia-wide using trusted movers who handle furniture with care. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of the item - you will see the exact cost before completing your purchase.
Orders are typically ready within 1–3 business days of payment being received. For larger orders this timeframe may be longer as we take the time to clean and check every chair before it leaves us. Delivery is within 14 business days from dispatch, with metro areas generally arriving sooner.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive tracking information via email so you can follow your delivery.
Local pick up
Collection is available on select items. Once you add your items to your cart and proceed to checkout, any items with local pick up available will show this as an option at checkout.
If you would like to inspect or try a chair before purchasing, contact us and we will arrange a suitable time depending on the location of the chair. If an in-person visit is not possible, we are happy to share detailed photos and videos so you can make a confident decision before buying.
How we pack your chair
Chairs are usually delivered fully assembled and wrapped in protective padding to ensure they arrive safely. Every chair is cleaned and inspected before it leaves - what you ordered is what arrives at your door.
If your chair arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will arrange a replacement or resolution immediately. We take full responsibility for transit damage and will not ask you to pursue the carrier directly.
Tracking your order
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time.
If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, contact us and we will follow up on your behalf.
Orders with multiple chairs
If you order multiple chairs, they will typically be dispatched together once all items have been cleaned and checked. This may mean a slightly longer dispatch time than a single chair order - we will keep you updated if there is any delay.
For large office orders, contact us directly before purchasing and we will give you a realistic timeline and organise everything end to end.
